A fish protein line takes fish meat and fish bone through to a protein product. Unit operations are selected after the raw material and product form are known. The line is quoted to the duty.
The line starts from the fish raw material you will run, such as fish meat and fish bone. The protein product you need, for example a concentrate or a powder, is named by you. The site does not assign a standard product form.
The fish protein equipment on this site includes a colloid mill for fish meat and fish bone, a rotary vibrating screen for separating solids from liquid, and a stainless steel mixing tank. The colloid mill is made of 304 stainless steel, and its models and dimensions are listed on the product page.
Unit operations are listed on the quotation after the duty is known. They are not a fixed public flowsheet. This keeps the line matched to the raw material, the product form and the site instead of a generic layout.
The fish protein line is quoted separately from the filling line for high-viscosity liquids. If you need both, each is quoted to its own duty.
Send the fish raw material, the product form you want, the amount you plan to process, and the site, including power. The duty, the raw material and the site are confirmed on the written quotation.
