Water-cooled induction sealing machine

How it works

Capped bottles run on the conveyor under the sealing head. The electromagnetic field heats the aluminum foil liner in each cap, and the foil bonds to the bottle mouth while the bottle keeps moving. Water cooling keeps the head cool in continuous running.

Placed after the capping machine on filling lines for food, sauces, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical bottles.
